- Mohith a trainee in the hospitality section, initially was slow in all the activities, his learning also delayed, and communication was almost nil. He never used to go to shop alone to get the ingredients needed. But after almost a year he gradually started to communicate with his peers, he was motivated by them and started going to buy the ingredients. He gained so much confidence that now he gives instructions to his peers. We could see his confidence in communication skills improved drastically.
- Rakshita, trained in the hospitality sector, was very nervous when she joined us. Her parents used to pick and drop her, she was very shy in nature, and she never used to talk with anyone. But now she has become so confident that she herself travels independently anywhere in the metro. Her communication skill has developed and she talks very fluently. She was very good in all the activities but never used to come forward taking initiative, but now she leads the entire team. I am very happy to state that she not only gained confidence but also communication level and the way she leads the team is something amazing.
- Srisha (Electronics sector)
He was so not showing interest or initiative in doing any work assigned, needing repeated instructions to complete the task, and he was only able to do packing. Now, he is capable of doing all the levels in stuffing and has become perfect in doing stuffing for any PCB design.He used to talk a lot either on mobile or with peers which has reduced considerably
- Saisukshith (Electronics sector)
Initially he was hesitant to talk with anyone. He used to make a lot of mistakes in any job given, but he has improved so much that he is capable of soldering also along with stuffing without making any mistakes. This needs a lot of focus and patience. His communication skill has also improved and he has also learnt to travel independently by metro.

He used to follow the instructions when he joined us but due to his lack of interest he could not go to the next level and he was stuck in only packing. But after vigorous training and repeated instructions he now does Bunching along with cutting the wires without mistakes. He is also good at crimping lugs which needs a lot of patience. He is now part of Project Mysore.
