In October2021, we recruited Sohan A Tigadoli, aged 25 who had been trained in PCB manufacturing at NITHYA SAADHANA.
Sohan is now working in the production department of our Mysore plant by doing complete assembly of 2 KVA & 3 KVA UPS and wire crimping from 4 sq mm to 10 sq mm cable and Components formatio .
His behavior is good and he has maintained good attendance till date. His strong points are his determination to learn by practice and desire to take help from professionals and get over any emotional issues he faces.
