As a special child, our 22 years old son who has Intellectual Developmental Disorder, was fortunate enough to be enrolled in institutes which offered schooling for special children.
When the time came for our son to get work and start earning, we were unsure of where to go from there. When we enrolled him in Nithya Saadhana, of whom we came to know from other parents, we did not have too many expectations. However, much to our delight, our son got the holistic environment, not only in terms of vocation friendly skills but also work place preparedness.
Nithya Saadhana even facilitated the process of our son getting work, which is not just making us immensely proud but also assured that our son is gradually becoming self reliant.
And this is because the founders and teachers are invested 24/7 in their mission and in our children. So much so that now our son is using public transport on his own; something that we could not even imagine before. He is now working in an electronic items manufacturing firm for the past 2years.
